Navigating the Dashboard

Your TribeNest dashboard is the command center for your creative business. From here, you can manage your website, create content, track sales, connect with fans, and configure your settings. This guide walks you through how it's all organized.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard has three main areas:

• Sidebar (left side) -- Your main navigation. This is how you move between different sections of the platform.
• Main content area (center) -- This is where the action happens. Whatever section you select in the sidebar shows its content here.
• Profile switcher and account menu -- Located at the top and bottom of the sidebar, these let you switch profiles and manage your account.

The Sidebar

The sidebar is your primary way of getting around. It's organized into logical sections, each with sub-pages you can expand. Here's what you'll find:

Home

The first item in the sidebar. This is your dashboard landing page where you see your onboarding progress and a quick overview of your setup status.

My Website

Everything related to your public-facing website:

• Home -- Your website overview and quick actions
• Analytics -- See how many visitors your site is getting
• Themes -- Browse and switch between website themes
• Messages -- View messages from visitors

My Tribe

Your membership community hub:

• Membership Tiers -- Create and manage the tiers fans can subscribe to
• Posts -- Write and publish exclusive content for your members
• Collections -- Organize your posts into themed collections
• Members -- See who's subscribed and manage your member list
• Messages -- Communicate directly with your members

Store

Sell your creative work:

• Music -- Upload and sell tracks and albums
• Products -- List physical or digital merchandise
• Orders -- Track and manage purchase orders

Coaching

Offer personalized sessions:

• Products -- Create coaching packages and offerings
• Bookings -- View and manage booked sessions

Courses

Build and sell educational content:

• Courses -- Create, edit, and publish online courses

Emails

Reach your audience directly:

• Templates -- Design reusable email layouts

• Email Lists -- Manage your subscriber lists

Smart Links

Share one link that connects to everything:

Live Stream

Broadcast to your audience in real time:

Settings

Configure your profile and business details. Settings has several tabs:

• Profile -- Update your profile name and details
• Address -- Your business or personal address
• Payment -- Configure how you accept payments
• App (PWA) -- Set up your website as a downloadable app

Team

Manage who has access to your dashboard:

• Invite collaborators and control their permissions

Profile Switcher

At the very top of the sidebar, you'll see the profile switcher. It shows the name of the profile you're currently managing. If you have multiple profiles (for example, a solo project and a band project), click the switcher to jump between them.

Each profile is completely separate -- its own website, members, store, and settings.

Account Menu

At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll find your account menu with your name and email. From here you can manage your personal account settings and log out.

Collapsible Sidebar

On smaller screens or if you prefer more room for your content, the sidebar can be collapsed. Click the rail on the edge of the sidebar to collapse it down to icons only. Hover over any icon to see a tooltip with the section name.

On mobile devices, the sidebar opens as an overlay -- tap any navigation item and it closes automatically so you can see your content.

Quick Tips for Getting Around

• Look for the highlighted item. The sidebar highlights whichever section you're currently viewing, so you always know where you are.
• Expand sections to see sub-pages. Click the arrow next to any section name to reveal its sub-pages.
• Use the Home page as your starting point. When in doubt, click Home to get back to your dashboard overview and onboarding progress.
