Navigating the dashboard

A guided tour of the TribeNest sidebar — what each section does, how to switch between profiles, and what you'll see when you log in.

The TribeNest dashboard is built around a single sidebar on the left and your work area on the right. Everything you can do — selling merch, sending an email, going live, replying to a fan — starts with one click in that sidebar. This page walks you through every section so you know exactly where to go.

The home dashboard

When you first log in, TribeNest takes you to Home. It's the friendliest landing pad in the app, and it has two main pieces.

Welcome video

At the top of Home is a short Getting Started with TribeNest video. It's the fastest way to understand the platform if you're more of a watcher than a reader. Click play, kick back, and you'll have the lay of the land in a few minutes.

Setup progress

Underneath the video, you'll see a card showing how far along your account setup is. It either looks like:

  • A Setup progress bar with a percentage, the number of steps completed, and a list of the next things to do — each with its own action button.
  • Or, once you're fully set up, a Setup complete card with a celebration message and a collapsible list of every step you finished.

You can come back to Home any time by clicking the Home item at the top of the sidebar.

The sidebar, section by section

The sidebar is grouped under Platform and lists the tools available to you. Some sections appear only if your plan or your role on the team gives you access to them — if you don't see one, that just means it isn't part of your setup right now.

Sections with a small triangle next to them expand to show sub-pages. Click the section name to open it; click any sub-page to jump straight in.

Home

A direct link back to your home dashboard — the welcome video and your setup progress. Click it from anywhere in TribeNest to get back to base.

Mira

Mira is your TribeNest copilot — a smart assistant that watches over your tribe and helps you make decisions. The label here matches whatever you've named her (you can rename Mira from her settings). Read more in Mira.

Income

Everything money-related lives under Income. Open it to see:

  • Summary — a high-level view of how your tribe is earning.
  • Transactions — a detailed list of every payment that's come through.

My Website

Your public site — the thing fans visit at your address. The sub-pages are:

  • Home — design and edit your site.
  • Domains — connect a custom domain.
  • Analytics — see how your visitors behave.
  • Themes — switch the look and feel.
  • Messages — read messages fans send you through the site.

Operations

Operations gathers the platform-wide tools you'll use across every part of your business:

  • Contacts — your master list of fans and customers.
  • Automations — set up flows that run on their own.
  • Abandoned checkouts — recover sales fans almost completed.
  • Payment links — share quick checkout links anywhere.
  • Invoices — bill someone directly.
  • Coupons — create discount codes.
  • Forms — collect info from your audience.
  • One-click checkout — set up offers that buy in a single tap.

Memberships

Run your paid tiers and members-only space:

  • Membership tiers — create the levels fans can join.
  • Posts — publish updates for your members.
  • Collections — group posts together.
  • Members — see who's joined.
  • Messages — chat with members.

Store

Sell music, merch, and anything else physical or digital:

  • Music — release tracks and albums.

Live Stream

Go live to your tribe:

Plan, post, and reply across all your social accounts in one place:

  • Analytics — track how your posts perform.
  • Inbox — read DMs from across networks.
  • Comments — reply to comments without leaving TribeNest.
  • Automations — auto-reply and trigger flows.
  • Contacts — your social audience.

Ads

Run paid campaigns to grow your tribe:

This section appears once ads are turned on for your account. Full details in Ads.

Blog

Publish long-form posts on your tribe's site:

  • Posts — write, edit, and publish blog entries.

Settings

Account-wide configuration — your profile, billing, integrations, and more. Open it from the sidebar any time you need to adjust how TribeNest works for you. See Settings and Billing.

Team

Invite collaborators and decide what each one is allowed to see and do. See Team.

Sections you don't see

Some sections only appear when they're enabled for your account or when your team role grants you access. If a teammate has a different sidebar than you, that's why.

Switching between profiles

You can run more than one tribe from a single TribeNest login — each one is its own profile, with its own website, store, members, and emails. The profile switcher at the top of the sidebar makes hopping between them effortless.

  1. Look at the top of the sidebar — you'll see the TribeNest logo with the name of your current profile underneath it.
  2. Click that block to open the dropdown.
  3. Under Profiles, you'll see every tribe you have access to.
  4. Click the one you want to switch to. Your sidebar, your dashboard, and everything else instantly reload for that profile.

Each profile in the dropdown shows a keyboard shortcut on the right, so once you know which is which, you can leap between them without touching the mouse.

One login, many tribes

There's no limit to how many profiles you can manage from a single login. Whether you run several artist projects yourself or you're on the team for a few different tribes, they all live behind that one switcher.
