Ads
Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram from inside TribeNest — connect your ad account, build a campaign, and track performance from one dashboard.
The ads section is where you turn budget into reach. Connect a Meta ad account, build a campaign with a goal and an audience, write the ad creative, set how much you want to spend, and watch the impressions, clicks, and conversions land back in TribeNest — no need to bounce over to Ads Manager.
It's built so you can launch a small promo for a release, a tour date, or a merch drop without learning a whole separate tool.
You bring the ad account, TribeNest brings the workflow
You still pay Meta directly for ad spend through your Meta ad account. TribeNest handles the build-and-manage workflow on top — connecting, composing, publishing, pausing, and pulling performance back in.
What you can do
- Connect Meta ad accounts — link the Facebook and Instagram ad accounts you already have so TribeNest can publish on your behalf.
- Create campaigns with a guided flow — pick a goal, choose your audience, set a budget, write the ad, and review before publishing.
- Save as draft, publish when ready — every new campaign starts as a Draft. Publish it when the creative is locked.
- Pause, resume, archive — once a campaign is Active, you can pause it any time. Done campaigns can be archived without losing their history.
- Track real performance — impressions, clicks, click-through rate, spend, cost per click, and conversions all sync back into TribeNest.
The overview at a glance
When you open Ads in your dashboard, the top of the page summarizes everything that's running:
- Active Campaigns — how many of your campaigns are live right now.
- Total Budget — the combined budget across every campaign in your list.
- Connected Accounts — how many Meta ad accounts are connected and active.
Below the summary cards, Recent Campaigns lists your latest campaigns with their objective, budget, and current status. Click any row to open the full campaign view. View all takes you to the complete campaigns list.
If you haven't created anything yet, the page shows a friendly empty state with a Create Campaign button to get you going.
Performance metrics
When you open a campaign, TribeNest shows a row of metric cards summarizing how it's performing:
- Impressions — how many times your ad was shown.
- Clicks — how many people clicked it.
- CTR — click-through rate, the percentage of impressions that turned into clicks.
- Spend — how much budget has been used so far.
- CPC — cost per click, the average price you paid for each click.
- Conversions — how many of those clicks turned into the action you were optimizing for.
Larger numbers are abbreviated (1.2K, 3.4M) so the cards stay readable. A daily breakdown table sits below the cards once a campaign has been running for at least a day.
Campaign statuses
Every campaign carries one of these status badges so you can tell at a glance where it stands:
- Draft — created but not yet published. Editable.
- Pending Review — submitted to Meta and waiting for their review. Cannot be edited until reviewed.
- Active — live and spending budget.
- Paused — temporarily stopped. Can be resumed.
- Completed — reached its end date or finished its lifetime budget.
- Error — something went wrong syncing with Meta. Open the campaign to see the error message.
- Archived — closed out and removed from your active list.
A typical flow
- Connect your Meta ad account. One-time setup. See connecting an ad account.
- Decide what you're promoting. A new single, a tour date, a merch drop, an email list signup, a smart link.
- Build a campaign. Walk through the five-step flow — Goal, Audience, Budget, Creative, Review. It saves as a Draft.
- Publish. Meta reviews the campaign, then it goes Active and starts spending.
- Watch the numbers. Open the campaign to see impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, CPC, and conversions roll in. Pause or adjust as needed.
- Wrap up. When the run is done, archive the campaign so your list stays focused on what's currently live.

How it fits with the rest of TribeNest
Ads work alongside everything else you publish. Drive traffic from a paid ad to a smart link for a new release, a store page for a merch drop, or a membership tier sign-up. Track the spend and the resulting income side by side in income.
