Ads
Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X from inside TribeNest, and watch the results land in one dashboard.
The ads section is where you turn budget into reach. Connect the ad account you already have, build a campaign with a goal and an audience, write the ad, set how much you want to spend, and pull the impressions, clicks and conversions back into TribeNest without bouncing between six different ad managers.
It is built so you can launch a small promo for a release, a tour date or a merch drop without learning a whole separate tool.
You bring the ad account, TribeNest brings the workflow
You still pay the ad network directly for your spend through your own ad account. TribeNest handles the workflow on top: connecting, composing, publishing, pausing, resuming and pulling performance back in.
What you can do
- Connect ad accounts on six networks. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.
- Create campaigns with a guided flow. Pick a goal, choose your audience, set a budget, write the ad, review, and save.
- Pick a goal your network actually runs. The goals on offer change with the ad account you chose, so you cannot build a campaign the network will refuse.
- Target properly. Countries, cities and regions, interests, an age range, and your own custom audiences.
- Save as draft, publish when ready. Every new campaign starts as a Draft. Nothing is spent until you publish it.
- Pause, resume, archive. Pausing genuinely stops delivery at the network, and a paused campaign can be switched back on.
- Refresh the numbers on demand. Sync now pulls the latest impressions, clicks, spend and conversions.
- Manage ad sets and creatives. Pause a single ad, change an ad set budget, or add a second creative to test against the same audience.
- Build custom audiences. Turn your contacts into a retargeting audience and use it in a campaign.
- Import what already exists. Bring campaigns from a connected ad account into your list here.
The overview page
Ads then Overview summarises everything at a glance:
- Active Campaigns counts the campaigns live right now.
- Total Budget adds up the budgets across your campaigns.
- Connected Accounts counts the ad accounts connected and active.
Below the cards, Recent Campaigns lists your latest campaigns with their goal, budget and current status. View all takes you to the full campaigns list. If you have not created anything yet, the page shows an empty state with a Create Campaign button.
Performance figures
Open a campaign and you get a row of cards:
- Impressions is how many times your ad was shown.
- Clicks is how many people clicked it.
- CTR is the click-through rate, the share of impressions that turned into clicks.
- Spend is how much budget has gone so far.
- CPC is the average cost per click.
- Conversions is how many clicks turned into the action you were optimising for.
Bigger numbers are abbreviated (1.2K, 3.4M) so the cards stay readable, and a daily breakdown table sits below them once a campaign has data. Figures come in when you click Sync now on the campaign.
Campaign statuses
- Draft is created but not published. Fully editable, spending nothing.
- Active is live and spending budget.
- Paused is temporarily stopped and can be resumed.
- Archived is closed out and taken off your working list.
- Error appears on older campaigns whose publish failed. They can still be edited and published again.
The status filter on the campaigns list also offers Completed.
Separately from those, a published campaign shows the ad network's own verdict beside Ad sets and ads: In review, Approved, Rejected or With issues. A rejected ad can sit next to an active campaign, which means it is switched on and being shown to nobody, so it is worth a look after you publish.
A typical flow
- Connect an ad account. One-time setup per network. See connecting an ad account.
- Decide what you are promoting. A new single, a tour date, a merch drop, an email list sign-up, a smart link.
- Build a campaign. Walk the five steps (Goal, Audience, Budget, Creative, Review). It saves as a Draft.
- Publish. The campaign goes live on the network and starts spending.
- Watch the numbers. Open the campaign, click Sync now, and read the cards and the daily table.
- Tune it. Pause a weak creative, add a second one, or adjust an ad set budget.
- Wrap up. Archive the campaign when the run is done so your list stays focused.

How it fits with the rest of TribeNest
Ads work alongside everything else you publish. Send paid traffic to a smart link for a new release, a store page for a merch drop, or a membership tier sign-up. Your contacts become the custom audiences you retarget. Track the spend against the income it brought in from income.
