Getting Started

Welcome to TribeNest, your home for memberships, your store, your website, your emails, your events, your live streams and a good deal more. These pages cover your first few minutes on the platform, from creating an account to knowing exactly where everything lives.

The short version: you sign up, answer two questions, and TribeNest builds your workspace and puts a starter site online for you. Mira, your built-in copilot, takes it from there and keeps building while you tell her what you want. Nothing here needs a weekend.

What each page covers

Creating your account

Two ways in: continue with Google, or use an email address and a password. On the email route you confirm the address with a quick 6-digit code, and you will do the same on every future login, so your business stays safe even if your password ever leaks. The page also covers resetting a forgotten password.

Completing onboarding

TribeNest asks what you do and what you want first, then does the rest itself: it names your workspace, claims your address, copies you a complete starter site, and puts it online. Then Mira opens a conversation, asks you a few things in your own words, and starts building. Your Home screen keeps a short checklist built from the goals you picked, and each step can be done with Mira or by hand.

Navigating the dashboard

The sidebar has labelled sections above its groups: Sell, Publish, Communications, Finance and Operations. This page walks all five, plus the favourites you can star and reorder, the Help panel that answers questions from these docs and hands you to a human when it cannot, and the two different language settings.

Connect to your own AI

If you already pay for Claude or ChatGPT, connect it to TribeNest and run your business by chat: build and publish your website, create events and ticket tiers, read your real numbers. It costs no TribeNest credits, because your own assistant is doing the thinking.

A quick note on workspaces

A workspace holds one business: its name, its address on the web, and everything you publish and sell under it. You can run more than one from a single login, which is useful if:

• You have several projects under one roof.
• You are on the team for more than one business.
• You manage them for clients.

Everything you see in the dashboard is scoped to whichever workspace is selected at the top of the sidebar. TribeNest creates your first one during onboarding, and the switcher at the top lets you move between the rest.

What comes next

Once you are set up, start wherever it matters most to you today. Most people pick one or two of these and layer in the rest over time:

• Shape your public site in My Website.
• Open paid tiers in Memberships.
• List merch and music in your Store.
• Send a campaign with Emails.
• Promote a release with Smart Links.
• Put a show on sale in Events, or go on camera with Live Streaming.
• Plan and post across networks in Social.
• Sell lessons in Courses or sessions in Coaching.
• Watch the money in Finance.
• Bring people in from Team.
