Getting Started
Everything you need to spin up your TribeNest account, set up your tribe, and find your way around the dashboard.
Welcome to TribeNest — your all-in-one home for memberships, your store, your website, your emails, your live streams, and so much more. The pages below walk you through your first few minutes on the platform, from creating your account to knowing exactly where each tool lives.
TribeNest is built for creators who'd rather spend their time making things than wrangling tools. Whether you're an artist, a band, a podcaster, or a coach, the goal here is simple — give you everything you need under one roof, and stay out of your way.
If this is your very first time logging in, follow these in order. They take about ten minutes total.
Creating your account
Sign up with your name, email, and password — then confirm with a 6-digit code.
Completing onboarding
Pick your profile name and your tribe's web address right after you sign in.
Navigating the dashboard
A quick tour of every section in the sidebar — and how to switch between profiles.
What you'll have by the end
Three short pages and you'll be ready to run your tribe. Here's what each one covers in a little more detail.
Creating your account
You'll fill in your name, email, and a password, then confirm your email with a quick 6-digit code. It's the same flow you'll use any time you log back in — only with a fresh code each time, so your tribe stays secure even if your password ever leaks. The page also covers the forgot-password flow, in case you ever need it.
Completing onboarding
Right after you sign up, TribeNest asks you to name your profile and pick the address where fans will find you on the web. Once that's done, your home dashboard shows a tidy checklist of setup steps — connecting how you get paid, opening your first paid tier, uploading your first track, and a few more. You can do them in any order, and the next step is always highlighted for you.
Navigating the dashboard
Every tool in TribeNest lives in a single sidebar on the left. The third page walks through it section by section so you know exactly what each link does — including how to flip between profiles when you run more than one tribe.
A quick note on profiles
A profile is what TribeNest calls your tribe — its name, its address on the web, and the home for everything you publish. You can run more than one from a single login, which is handy if:
- You have several artist projects under one roof.
- You're on the team for more than one tribe.
- You manage tribes for clients.
Every section of the dashboard you see is scoped to whichever profile is selected at the top of the sidebar. You'll create your first profile during onboarding, and you can add more later from the profile switcher.
What comes next
Once your account is set up, you can dive into whichever part of TribeNest matters most to you right now. Most creators pick one or two of these to start, then layer in the rest over time:
- Build your public site in My Website.
- Open paid tiers in Memberships.
- List merch and music in your Store.
- Send a campaign with Emails.
- Promote a release with Smart Links.
- Schedule a show in Events or go on camera with Live Streaming.
- Plan, post, and reply across networks in Social.
- Sell on-demand lessons in Courses or one-on-one sessions in Coaching.
- Track your earnings in Income.
- Bring on collaborators from Team.
If you ever feel stuck, look for Mira in the sidebar — she's your built-in copilot, ready to surface what's working, flag what isn't, and suggest what to do next. Read more in Mira.
Take your time
You don't have to set everything up at once. Your home dashboard tracks the setup steps for you — finish them in any order, whenever you're ready.
