Creating your account

Creating a TribeNest account is fast. You'll fill in a short form, confirm your email with a 6-digit code, and you'll be inside your dashboard ready to set up your tribe.

Sign up

1. Open the TribeNest sign-up page.
2. Enter your Email — this is the address you'll log in with and where verification codes will be sent.
3. Fill in your First name and Last name.
4. Choose a Password. Use the eye icon to peek at what you typed if you want to double-check it.
5. If a friend invited you, paste their Referral Code in the optional field. Otherwise, leave it blank.
6. Click Sign up.

Verify your email

After you submit the form, TribeNest emails a 6-digit code to the address you entered. The page swaps over to a verification screen so you can type it in.

1. Open your inbox and copy the 6-digit code from the TribeNest email.
2. Type it into the large code field — the field only accepts numbers.
3. Click Verify.

The button stays disabled until you've entered all six digits, so you'll know it's ready when it lights up.

Didn't get the code?

Codes usually land within a few seconds. If yours hasn't arrived:

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Click Resend code at the bottom of the verification screen to get a fresh one.
• If something is wrong with the email or your name, click Back to sign up, fix the form, and submit again.

Logging in later

Once your account exists, every future login follows the same pattern as sign-up — with one extra check for safety.

1. Go to the login page.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click Sign in.
4. Check your inbox for a fresh 6-digit code and type it on the verification screen.
5. Click Verify.

This second step protects you even if someone gets hold of your password — they'd still need access to your inbox to finish logging in.

Forgot your password?

Resetting your password is a two-step process — request a link, then choose a new password.

Request a reset link

1. On the login page, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the Email for your TribeNest account.
3. Click Submit.

You'll see a confirmation message asking you to check your email. TribeNest sends a one-time link to the address on file. If the email doesn't show up within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.

Choose a new password

1. Open the email and click the reset link. It opens a fresh page in your browser.
2. Type your new Password.
3. Re-enter it under Confirm password so we know there are no typos.
4. Click Reset password.

You'll get a success message and land back on the login page. Sign in with your new password and you're back in.
