Getting Started

Creating your account

Sign up in under a minute with Google or an email address, confirm the inbox is yours, and you are in.

Creating a TribeNest account takes a minute. There are two ways in: continue with Google, or sign up with an email address and a password. Either way, TribeNest makes sure the inbox really belongs to you before you get inside.

Sign up with Google

The fastest route. One click, no password to invent, and no code to type.

  1. Open the TribeNest sign-up page.
  2. Click Sign up with Google.
  3. Pick the Google account you want to use in the window that opens.
  4. That is it. TribeNest brings you straight into setup.

There is no verification code on this path. Google has already proved you control that mailbox, which is exactly what the code checks.

Closing the Google window is harmless

If you close the pop-up by accident, nothing happens and nothing breaks. Click the button again, or use the email form below instead.

Sign up with an email address

Under the Google button there is a divider that reads or sign up with email, and the form sits below it.

  1. Enter your Email. This is the address you will log in with, and where your verification codes go.
  2. Fill in your First Name and Last Name. TribeNest uses these to name your first workspace, so you will see them again in a moment.
  3. Choose a Password. Use the eye icon on the right of the field to peek at what you typed.
  4. If someone invited you, paste their code into Referral Code (optional). Otherwise leave it blank.
  5. Click Sign up.

Already have an account?

At the bottom of the form there is a Sign in link that takes you straight to login.

Verify your email

Once you submit the form, the page swaps over to a Verify your email screen and TribeNest sends a 6-digit code to the address you entered.

  1. Open your inbox and copy the code out of the TribeNest email.
  2. Type it into the large Verification Code field. It only accepts numbers.
  3. Click Verify & Create Account.

The button stays greyed out until all six digits are in, so you will know it is ready when it lights up.

The code has not arrived

Codes usually land within a few seconds. If yours has not:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Click Resend code at the bottom right of the screen to get a fresh one.
  • If you mistyped your email or your name, click Back to signup, fix the form, and submit again.

Codes expire

Each code is only good for a short window. If yours stops working, resend a new one rather than trying the old one again.

Logging in later

Logging back in follows the same shape as signing up.

With Google

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Continue with Google and pick your account.
  3. You land back in your dashboard. No code needed.

With an email address and password

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. Check your inbox for a fresh 6-digit code and type it on the Verify your email screen.
  5. Click Verify & Sign In.

That second step protects you even if your password ever leaks. Someone who has it still cannot get in without your inbox.

Already signed in?

If your session is still active, the login page recognises you and sends you straight to your dashboard.

Forgot your password

Resetting is two steps: request a link, then choose a new password.

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password? under the password field.
  2. Enter the Email on your account.
  3. Click Reset password.

You will see a Check your email confirmation. TribeNest sends a one-time link to that address. If nothing shows up within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.

Choose a new password

  1. Open the email and click the reset link. It opens a fresh page in your browser.
  2. Type your new Password.
  3. Retype it under Confirm Password so there are no typos.
  4. Click Reset password.

You get a success message and land back on the login page. Sign in with the new password and you are back.

Reset links are single-use

Each link works once and expires after a short time. If yours has already been used or has timed out, request a new one from the Forgot your password? screen.

What happens next

Signing up is the door, not the whole hallway. The moment you are verified, TribeNest sorts out your plan, builds your workspace, and puts a starter site online for you. That is all covered in Completing onboarding.

You can describe what you want before you sign up

If you typed a description of your business on the TribeNest home page before creating your account, it travels with you. Mira picks it up as soon as you are in and starts building from it, and you get asked fewer questions along the way.
