Courses

Sell structured video courses with modules, lessons, live calls, certificates and group cohorts.

TribeNest Courses lets you package what you know into a paid (or free) course your audience can work through. Each course is organized into modules and lessons, and every lesson can carry a video, rich-text content and downloadable files like PDFs, slides or audio.

You set the price, you set the cover, and TribeNest handles checkout, access, live calls, progress tracking and the certificate at the end.

What you can do with Courses

  • Build a full curriculum. Group lessons into modules so the learning path is clear from the first click.
  • Mix media in every lesson. Combine a video with rich-text notes and attached files.
  • Sell at any price point. Charge once, or give the course away free as a lead magnet or fan perk.
  • Show a markdown. Set a compare-at price so your storefront shows the original price struck out beside what students pay now.
  • Run live group cohorts. Start a group together on a set date, release content week by week, and offer payment plans, live calls, announcements and group chat.
  • Hold live calls on any course. Office hours and Q&As work on a self-paced course too, not just a cohort. Students find their own upcoming calls, and recordings stay private to the people who could attend.
  • Hand out certificates. Design a template once and TribeNest issues a verifiable certificate the moment a student finishes.
  • Ask questions at signup. Attach a short questionnaire so you learn about each student as they enroll.
  • Publish on your schedule. Save courses as drafts and pick the exact date and time they go live.
  • Track every student. See who enrolled, what they paid, refund a purchase, or resend somebody their access.
  • Archive without losing data. Pull old courses out of circulation while keeping student records intact.

How Courses work

The flow is straightforward:

  1. You create a course with a title, description, cover image, optional intro video and a price.
  2. You add modules, the top-level sections that group related material together.
  3. Inside each module you add lessons with a video, written content, and any extra files students should be able to download.
  4. You publish the course, and your audience can buy it from your public page.
  5. Each student gets an email that takes them into the course, and their access is tied to their TribeNest account from then on.

Where to start

You need to connect a payment account in your settings before you can sell paid courses. Free courses work without one. See Operations for connecting your payout account.

  • Coaching for one-on-one sessions with built-in scheduling.
