Operations
The operator's toolkit — your contacts CRM, audience automations, payment tools, forms, coupons, and abandoned cart recovery.
Operations is where you run the business side of your tribe. Every fan you've ever heard from -- a buyer, a member, a course student, a form respondent, a social commenter -- shows up here as a contact. From there you can slice them into segments, react to what they do with automations, send invoices and quick payment links, hand out coupons, build forms, ship one-click checkout offers, and follow up on carts people walked away from.
Most of these tools used to live in scattered places. They're now together so you can move from "who is this person?" to "what should I do about it?" without leaving the section.
What's in here
Contacts
Every fan, unified across modules. See orders, memberships, courses, forms, social, and more in one place.

Automations
Visual workflows that fire when something happens — a signup, a purchase, a segment entry — and then act.
Payment links
Quick one-time charges sent by email. No product setup needed.
Invoices
Bill clients with itemized invoices. Save client details, set defaults, and download PDFs.
Coupons
Discount codes for store products or comp memberships. Limit by date, redemptions, or recipient.
Forms
Drag-and-drop forms with branching logic, response collection, and analytics.
One-click checkout
Pre-configured shareable links that go straight to checkout for a specific product, event, course, or coaching session.
Abandoned checkouts
See who started checking out and didn't finish — across products, courses, events, and coaching.
How Operations fits with the rest of TribeNest
- Store, Events, Courses, Coaching, and Memberships all feed Contacts. When someone buys, signs up, books, or enrolls, they land here automatically.
- Emails are the most common action your automations take. Segments power your broadcast targeting.
- Smart links and social posts can drop fans into segments via tags and lead magnets.
- Mira reads from Operations to spot patterns and propose segments, automations, and follow-ups.
A typical workflow
You don't need to use every tool, but they get more powerful together. A common shape:
- Fans interact with your tribe -- buy, subscribe, attend, message. They become contacts automatically.
- You group contacts by behavior with segments -- "VIPs", "Lapsed members", "Course completers".
- Automations react to events on those segments -- tag, email, follow up, send a coupon.
- You hand out coupons, send payment links for one-off charges, ship invoices to clients, and create one-click checkout offers for shareable buy buttons.
- Forms collect structured input that feeds back into contacts and segments.
- Abandoned checkouts show you the deals you're losing so you can try to win them back.
New to TribeNest? Start with Getting started before diving into Operations -- most of these tools work best once you've got a few products, posts, or members in your tribe.
A note on Mira
Almost everything in Operations -- contacts, segments, automations, coupons, and abandoned checkouts -- can also be proposed by Mira, your TribeNest copilot. She watches your tribe and drafts segments, automations, follow-up campaigns, and recovery actions for you to apply or dismiss. Nothing she suggests goes live without your click.
