One-click checkout

Pre-configured shareable links that take buyers straight to checkout for a specific product, event ticket, course, or coaching session.

A one-click checkout link is a shareable URL that drops a buyer straight into the checkout flow for a specific item -- no browsing, no cart-building. Drop one in a tweet for the new merch drop, embed one as a button on your site, or paste one in a DM to a fan asking how to buy.

Each link is called an offer in the dashboard.

Where to find offers

Open Operations -> One-click checkout in the sidebar.

The list shows every offer with:

  • Name -- internal label
  • Type -- Product, Event, Course, or Coaching
  • Clicks -- how many times the link was opened
  • Conversions -- how many resulted in a purchase
  • Status -- Active or Inactive
  • Created date

Filter by type or search by name.

Creating an offer

  1. Click Create Offer. A dialog opens.
  2. Enter an Offer name -- e.g. "Early Bird Concert Ticket". This is for your records and the button label can be different.
  3. Pick the Offer type:
    • Product -- a store product
    • Event -- an event
    • Course -- a course
    • Coaching -- a coaching session product
  4. Select the specific item using the search picker that appears. Type to narrow the list.
  5. If you picked an Event, an extra Ticket type dropdown appears so you can scope the offer to a specific ticket tier (or leave it as "All tickets").
  6. Add an optional Description that the buyer sees on the checkout page.
  7. Set the Button text that will appear on offer buttons -- defaults to "Buy Now".
  8. Click Create Offer.

The offer is created active by default and ready to share.

Editing an offer

From the list, click the More menu on any row and choose Edit.

You can change:

  • Offer name
  • Description
  • Button text
  • Active toggle

The type and linked item are locked once created -- if you need a different product or event, create a new offer.

What buyers see

When somebody clicks the offer link they go to your hosted checkout page for that specific item -- no cart, no browsing. They enter their details, pay, and they're done. The buyer becomes a contact automatically and the conversion count on the offer ticks up.

Tracking performance

The Clicks and Conversions counters on the list let you see at a glance which offers are pulling weight. A high click count with low conversions might mean the price is wrong or the description isn't selling it; a low click count means you need more eyeballs on the link.

  • In smart links as a "Buy now" button targeted at specific items
  • In emails as a CTA to your latest release
  • In social posts -- one link per drop
  • On your website as a "Buy now" button (the website builder has a dedicated offer button block)
  • In a DM to a fan asking how to buy something specific

Deleting

Click the More menu and choose Delete. The link stops working immediately. If you might bring the offer back later, just toggle Active off instead of deleting -- you'll keep the click and conversion history.

  • One-click checkout is for real items in your catalog -- a product, event, course, or coaching session. The buyer is paying for something pre-defined.
  • Payment links are for ad hoc one-time charges with a custom amount. No catalog item needed.
  • Invoices are for itemized client billing with line items, tax, and a PDF.
  • Store -- the products one-click checkout offers can link to
  • Events -- linkable events and ticket types
  • Courses and Coaching -- the other offer types
  • Smart links -- a great place to put offer buttons
