Settings
Manage your TribeNest profile name, business address, payout account, and fan app — all from one place.
The Settings page is where you configure the foundations of your TribeNest workspace. Your profile name, the address you bill from, the account that receives payouts, and the look and feel of your fan app all live here.
Open it from the sidebar at any time. You'll see up to four tabs depending on your role — owners see all four, team members with limited access see Profile and PWA only.
What you can configure
Profile
Change the name of your TribeNest profile — the artist or brand name shown to fans and across your dashboard.
Business address
Set the address that backs your invoices, your payout onboarding, and your shipping label purchases. Owners only.
Payment setup
Connect a payout account so fan payments land in your bank, and choose the currency you sell in. Owners only.
Fan app (PWA)
Customize the icon, name, and screenshots fans see when they install your TribeNest fan app to their phone.
A note on roles
Some tabs only appear if you're the owner of the workspace — specifically Address and Payment. If you're a team member without owner access, those tabs stay hidden and the owner is the only one who can change them. To learn more about roles, see team.
Recommended order
If you're filling these out for the first time, work through them in this order — each one unlocks the next:
- Profile — name your TribeNest workspace.
- Business address — sets your country, which determines which payout providers you can connect.
- Payment setup — connect your payout account and pick the currency you'll sell in.
- Fan app (PWA) — make your installed app feel like yours.
You can change any of these later, but going in order means you won't hit a "you need to do X first" prompt mid-flow.
Switching between tabs
Each tab has its own URL — when you switch, the page address updates so you can bookmark a specific section or share a deep link with a teammate. Refreshing the page keeps you on the tab you were on.
Keep your security in mind
You'll see a small reminder at the bottom of the Settings page: keep your sign-in credentials private and never share your dashboard with anyone you don't trust. Settings changes affect your store, your fans, and your money — treat the page with the same care as your bank account.
