Affiliates
Turn your biggest fans into a sales team. Give partners a link or a code, track every sale they bring in, and pay them their cut.
An affiliate program pays people a commission for sending you sales. A superfan posts your link, a podcaster mentions your course, a friendly creator shares a discount code, and when a purchase comes through you both win. They earn, you get a sale you would not have had.
TribeNest handles the whole loop for you. You set the rules once, your partners get their own link and code, sales are matched to whoever sent them, and the money they have earned adds up in one place until you are ready to pay it out.
How the program fits together
- You set the rules. Turn the program on, choose a commission, decide how long to wait before commission becomes payable, and set a minimum payout.
- Partners join. You invite them directly, or you open applications and approve the ones you want.
- They promote you. Every approved partner gets a personal code, and can create tracked links to any page of your site.
- Sales get matched. When someone buys through a partner's link or code, a commission is recorded automatically.
- You pay them. Commissions clear after your hold period, then you batch them into a payout and record the payment.

What counts as a commissionable sale
Commission is recorded for purchases across most of what you sell:
- Orders from your store
- Event tickets
- Courses
- Coaching bookings
- Memberships, including recurring payments if you choose to pay on them
The commission is worked out from what the buyer actually paid, after any discount, and excluding tax and shipping. That way a partner never earns a cut of the postage.
What your partners see
Approved partners get their own area on your site where they can see their clicks, conversions, pending earnings and paid history. They can create their own tracked links, copy their coupon code, and tell you how they would like to be paid. You never have to email a partner a spreadsheet: their numbers are always live in front of them.
Payouts are made by you
TribeNest keeps the ledger, works out what each partner is owed, and records the payment. The actual money leaves your hands the way you already pay people (a bank transfer, PayPal, whatever you use), and you record it so both sides have a receipt.
