Reordering Membership Tiers
Change the display order of your membership tiers using drag and drop.
The order of your membership tiers matters. It's what fans see when they visit your membership page, so you want to arrange them in a way that guides people toward the right tier.
How to Reorder Tiers
- Go to My Tribe in your dashboard sidebar.
- Click Membership Tiers.
- Find the drag handle on the top left corner of any tier card (the icon with vertical dots).
- Click and hold the drag handle, then drag the tier card to its new position.
- Drop the card where you want it.
- The new order is saved automatically.
Tip
A common approach is to put your most popular or best-value tier first, then arrange the rest from lowest to highest price. This helps fans quickly find the tier that's right for them.
Tips for Tier Order
Lead with value. Place the tier you want most people to join in the first position. This is usually your mid-range option.
Keep it logical. Arrange tiers in a way that makes sense to someone seeing them for the first time. Most creators go from free to premium, or lead with their recommended tier.
Consider having 2-4 tiers. Too many choices can overwhelm fans. If you have more than four tiers, think about whether some could be combined.
