Managing Tier Benefits

Benefits are the perks you highlight on each membership tier to show fans what they'll get when they subscribe. They appear as a checklist on your tier card, making it easy for potential members to see the value.

How Benefits Work

Benefits are shared across your profile. When you create a benefit, it becomes available to assign to any of your tiers. This means you can reuse the same benefit across multiple tiers, or keep certain benefits exclusive to higher tiers.

Adding Benefits to a Tier

1. Go to My Tribe in your dashboard sidebar.
2. Click Membership Tiers.
3. Find the tier you want to add benefits to.
4. Click the plus icon next to the "Benefits" heading on the tier card.
5. A dialog will open showing all your available benefits.
6. Check the boxes next to the benefits you want to include in this tier.
7. Click Save.

Creating a New Benefit

If you need a benefit that doesn't exist yet, you can create one right from the benefits dialog.

1. Open the benefits dialog for any tier (using the steps above).
2. Click the Add Benefit button.
3. Enter a title for the benefit. Make it clear and specific -- this is what fans will see.
4. Click Create Membership Benefit.

The new benefit is immediately available and can be assigned to any tier.

Removing Benefits from a Tier

1. Open the benefits dialog for the tier (click the plus icon next to "Benefits").
2. Uncheck any benefits you want to remove from this tier.
3. Click Save.

Removing a benefit from a tier only removes it from that tier's display. The benefit itself still exists and can be used on other tiers.

• Downloadable content (stems, wallpapers, sheet music)
