Managing Members
View your community members, their subscription details, and filter by tier or status.
The Members page gives you a complete view of everyone in your community. You can see who's joined, what tier they're on, their subscription details, and more.
Viewing Your Members
- Go to My Tribe in your dashboard sidebar.
- Click Members.
Your members are displayed in a table with the following information:
- Member -- Their name and email address
- Tier -- The membership tier they're subscribed to
- Status -- Whether their membership is active, cancelled, expired, or pending
- Subscription -- The amount they pay and their current billing period
- First Joined -- The date they first became a member (not just the current subscription)
- Location -- Their country, if available
Searching for Members
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find members by name or email address. The search updates as you type, with a short delay so results are smooth.
Filtering Members
Click the Filters button to narrow your view.
Filter by Membership Tier
Select a specific tier from the dropdown to see only members on that tier. Choose "All Tiers" to see everyone.
Filter by Status
- All Members -- Shows everyone regardless of status
- Active Members -- Shows only members with active subscriptions
- Inactive Members -- Shows members who have cancelled or whose subscriptions have expired
Active filters are displayed below the search bar so you always know what's being filtered. Click Clear all to reset everything.
Tip
Filter by "Active Members" to get a quick count of your current paying community. This is a great metric to track over time.
Understanding Member Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Active | The member has a current, valid subscription |
| Cancelled | The member cancelled their subscription (they may still have access until the end of their billing period) |
| Expired | The subscription period has ended and the member no longer has access |
| Pending | The membership is being processed (usually during payment setup) |
Exporting Members
Use the Export Members button at the top of the page to download your member list. This is helpful for keeping external records or using your member data in other tools.
Pagination
If you have a large community, members are split across pages. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
Growing Your Community
Your members list will grow as you create great content and promote your membership tiers. Share your membership link on social media, in your email newsletters, and on your website to attract new fans.
