Event Orders
View ticket purchases, track attendees, and manage your event sales.
Every time someone buys a ticket to one of your events, it shows up as an order in your dashboard. The Orders page gives you a full picture of who is attending, what they paid, and the status of each purchase.
Viewing your orders
- Go to Events in your dashboard sidebar.
- Click on Orders (the sales tab).
You will see a table with all ticket orders, showing:
- Customer -- The buyer's name, email, and which event the order is for.
- Items -- The ticket types and quantities they purchased, along with the price per ticket.
- Status -- Whether the payment was successful, failed, or is still processing.
- Total -- The total amount paid.
- Date -- When the order was placed.
- Questions -- If your event had a questionnaire, you can click the eye icon to view the buyer's answers.
Searching and filtering orders
Use the search bar at the top to find orders by order ID, product name, or customer details.
To filter by payment status, click the Filters button and select a status:
- Paid -- Payment was received successfully.
- Processing -- Payment is being processed.
- Payment Failed -- The payment did not go through.
- Cancelled -- The order was cancelled.
You can clear all filters at any time to see every order again.
Resending ticket emails
If an attendee did not receive their confirmation email or lost it, you can resend it:
- Find the order in the orders table.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the order row.
- Select Resend tickets.
The buyer will receive a fresh copy of their ticket confirmation email.
You can only resend ticket emails for orders with a "Paid" or "Delivered" status.
Questionnaire responses
If you added a questionnaire to your event, you can view each buyer's answers by clicking the eye icon in the "Questions" column. This opens a window showing every question and the response they submitted during checkout.
