Managing Posts

Edit, archive, filter, and organize your existing posts.

Once you've created posts, you'll want to manage them over time. TribeNest gives you tools to edit, archive, organize, and find your posts easily.

Viewing Your Posts

  1. Go to My Tribe in your dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click Posts.

Your posts appear in a feed-style layout. Each post shows the caption, media preview, and any collections it belongs to.

Editing a Post

  1. Find the post you want to edit.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the post card.
  3. Select Edit post.
  4. Update the caption or change the membership tier access.
  5. Click Update Post to save.

Note

You can edit the caption and membership access of a post, but you cannot change the media file after the post has been created. If you need to change the media, create a new post and archive the old one.

Archiving a Post

Archiving hides a post from your members without permanently deleting it.

  1. Find the post you want to archive.
  2. Click the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Archive post.
  4. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

Archived posts are no longer visible to your members but can be restored at any time.

Unarchiving a Post

  1. On the Posts page, click the Filters button.
  2. Under Status, select Archived Posts to view your archived content.
  3. Find the post you want to restore.
  4. Click the three-dot menu.
  5. Select Unarchive post.
  6. Confirm the action.

The post will be visible to members again.

Adding a Post to a Collection

You can add any existing post to a collection right from the posts feed.

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the post.
  2. Select Add to collection.
  3. Choose the collection you want to add the post to.
  4. Confirm your selection.

Posts can belong to multiple collections at the same time. Any collections a post belongs to are displayed at the bottom of the post card.

Filtering and Searching Posts

The Posts page has powerful search and filter options to help you find content quickly.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to search posts by caption text.

Filters

Click the Filters button to narrow your view by:

  • Post Type -- Show only image, video, audio, or poll posts
  • Membership Tier -- Show only posts restricted to a specific tier
  • Status -- Toggle between active and archived posts

Active filters are displayed below the search bar. Click Clear all to reset all filters at once.

Tip

Use filters to quickly review all content for a specific tier. This helps you make sure each tier has a good mix of exclusive content.

Pagination

If you have many posts, they'll be split across pages. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to browse through your content.
