Viewing Orders

See incoming orders, check order details, and keep track of your sales.

Every time a fan purchases something from your store, an order is created in your dashboard. The Orders section gives you a clear view of what has been sold, who bought it, and what needs your attention.

Finding Your Orders

  1. Go to Store then Orders in your dashboard.
  2. You will see a list of all your orders, with the most recent ones at the top.

Understanding the Order List

Each order in the list shows you key information at a glance:

  • Order Number — A unique identifier for the order.
  • Customer Name — The fan who made the purchase.
  • Date — When the order was placed.
  • Total — The amount the customer paid.
  • Status — The current state of the order (see below).

Order Statuses

Orders move through different statuses as they are processed:

  • Pending — The order has been placed and payment is being processed.
  • Paid — Payment has been received. For physical products, this means the order is ready to be shipped.
  • Fulfilled — You have shipped the order or the digital product has been delivered.
  • Cancelled — The order was cancelled.

Digital orders

Digital product orders are typically fulfilled automatically since fans receive their download link right after purchase. You will mostly need to manage fulfillment for physical product orders.

Viewing Order Details

To see the full details of a specific order:

  1. Click on any order in your order list.
  2. The order details page shows you everything about that order:
    • Items ordered — What the fan bought, including quantities, variants (size, color), and individual prices.
    • Customer information — The buyer's name and email address.
    • Shipping address — Where to ship the order (for physical products).
    • Payment details — The total amount, payment method, and payment status.
    • Order timeline — A history of when the order was placed, paid, and fulfilled.

Filtering and Searching Orders

As your sales grow, you will want to find specific orders quickly:

  • Search — Use the search bar to find orders by order number or customer name.
  • Filter by status — Show only pending, paid, fulfilled, or cancelled orders.
  • Filter by date — View orders from a specific time period.

Stay on top of orders

Check your Orders page regularly, especially after a new product launch or promotion. Prompt fulfillment keeps your fans happy and encourages repeat purchases.

What to Do Next

Once you have reviewed an order and it is ready to ship, head to the Fulfilling Orders guide to learn how to mark it as shipped and complete.
