Working on her own

Everything on this page is off until you ask for it, and it stays off until you do.

Talking to Mira costs credits only while you are talking. Letting her work unattended means she is thinking about your business every day whether or not you open the dashboard, and that spends credits every day too. That is the whole trade. It is a genuinely useful thing to buy, and it is not free, so we do not switch it on behind you.

What she does when you are not there

With unattended work on, Mira runs on her own schedule.

• A morning briefing. Once a day at the time you pick, she sweeps your business and writes up what is worth knowing. Delivered as a banner on her pages, an email, or both. See Daily briefings.
• A watch for unusual changes. Between briefings she keeps comparing your numbers against what is normal for you, and flags anything that drifts far enough. How far is "far enough" is yours to tune.
• A hunt for money left on the table. A set of checks runs over your business every hour looking for specific, valuable things you could act on. They land in Opportunities.
• Her own task queue. When something looks worth doing, she picks it up and thinks it through in the background instead of waiting to be asked. That queue is Her work.
• Health checks. She keeps an eye on things that quietly break, like a link that has stopped resolving, and flags them.
• A weekly look at your goals. If a goal is falling behind, she writes up what has gone wrong and what she would do about it. See Goals.

Everything on that list produces the same two things and nothing else: findings, which land in Insights, and drafts, which land in Waiting for you. Nothing she does unattended changes anything in your tribe. See Approving her work.

What appears once it is on

Two extra buttons show up in the row across the top of the chat: Her work and Opportunities. They are hidden while unattended work is off, because a page that always says "nothing here" reads as broken rather than as switched off.

Opportunities

Opportunities is the list of specific things worth doing, found without anyone asking, ranked by what they are worth.

1. Open Mira from the sidebar.
2. Click Opportunities.

The page tells you how many are worth your time, and the ? beside that count explains where they came from. Each row shows:

• What kind it is. Things like an abandoned checkout, an event with unsold tickets, or buyers who have gone quiet.
• What it is worth, as a money figure, with the most valuable first.
• How long you have, when it is time-sensitive. Anything with a week or less left shows an amber countdown, down to Ends today.
• A one-line description of the specific thing she found.

Acting on one

Click Act on this and Mira opens a fresh conversation already loaded with the opportunity and the evidence behind it, and starts working out what she would do about it and what it is worth. You read her reasoning and take it from there.

Hiding one

The X on the right hides that suggestion for good. Use it freely. It is the clearest signal you can give that a kind of suggestion is spending your attention on the wrong thing.

Her work

Her work is the short list of things Mira has taken on herself, and what came of each.

1. Open Mira from the sidebar.
2. Click Her work.

She works on one thing at a time, so this is a short list by design. Each card shows a status, when it started, and what she was working on (usually "working out what to do about" one of the opportunities above).

• Queued. On the list, not started.
• Working on it. Running right now.
• Done. Finished. The line underneath says what came of it: either Drafted N things for you to approve, or Looked at it and decided nothing was worth doing.
• Could not finish. Something went wrong, with the reason underneath.
• Cancelled. Dropped before it ran.

That second outcome is the important one. A queue that always produces something is a queue that produces noise, so deciding an opportunity is not worth acting on is a correct and common result. If she does draft something, it is waiting for you under Approving her work.

The list refreshes itself while you are looking at it, so you can leave it open and watch a piece of work land.

Keeping the cost sensible

Unattended work is the whole of Mira's running cost, so it is also where every lever lives. All of these are under Settings in the chat menu.

• Turn the daily briefing off and keep the rest. If you never read the morning write-up, this is the biggest single saving.
• Lower the anomaly sensitivity. Low looks for big obvious moves only, and runs far less often than High.
• Lower the cap on findings per day. Fewer findings means less writing up.

Watch what it is actually costing you under Credits and usage. The breakdown there splits your spend by category, so you can see exactly what the morning briefing and the scans are costing per week, and decide with a number in front of you.

What still works with it off

Turning unattended work off takes nothing away from the Mira you talk to.

• The chat works exactly the same, and she can still do anything you ask.
• Waiting for you still works, because a few things (a refund, for example) are always drafted rather than done.
• Activity, Goals, Usage and your conversation history are all unaffected.
• Insights goes quiet, because findings come from the work she does on her own.
• And Mira costs you nothing while nobody is talking to her.
