Managing your plan

Your plan is the subscription that unlocks the rest of TribeNest. The Subscription tab under Billing is where you see what you are on and change it whenever your needs change.

Where to find it

Open Billing in your dashboard. The Subscription tab is the one you land on.

Your current plan card

Everything about your subscription lives on one card.

• The plan name is the heading.
• A badge in the top right tells you the state at a glance: your billing cycle when everything is normal, trial while you are inside a free trial, or cancelled once you have cancelled.
• A line under the heading spells it out in words, including the trial expiry date if you are on a trial.
• Two labelled fields sit below. The first is Renews with the date your next payment is due. On a trial it reads Trial ends, and after you cancel it reads Access until. The second is Billing cycle.
• Buttons at the bottom, which change depending on the state you are in.

Changing your plan

Plans are compared on their own page rather than on the billing page itself.

1. Open Billing.
2. Click Change plan (or Choose a paid plan if you are on a trial).
3. Use the Monthly and Yearly switch at the top to pick a cycle. Yearly opens selected by default.
4. Compare the cards. Each one shows its name, a one-line description, the monthly cost for the cycle you picked, and a list of what is included.
5. Click Switch plan on the card you want.
6. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

The plan you are on already is marked with a Current plan badge and its button is disabled, so you cannot accidentally pay twice for the same thing. One plan carries a Most Popular badge.

To leave without changing anything, click Cancel at the top right, which takes you back to Billing.

Monthly versus yearly

The switch changes every card at once. When Yearly is selected, each card shows the yearly cost divided down to a per-month figure, the plain monthly price crossed out underneath it for comparison, and a line telling you the percentage you save by paying for the year.

Prices are shown in the currency your account is billed in, so what you see is what you will actually be charged.

Reading what is included

Each plan card carries a short list of its headline inclusions. A green check means it is included, a value means that is your limit, and a dash means it is not part of that plan.

For the full picture, click View full feature list below the cards. That opens a comparison table with every plan side by side, grouped into sections covering your website and branding, memberships and community, selling, email and marketing, streaming, and Mira. Click it again to collapse the table.

Some rows in that table have a small info icon beside the value. Hover it to see what going beyond that limit costs, so you can judge whether a cheaper plan plus occasional overage beats the next plan up.

Confirming the switch

The confirmation dialog names the plan and cycle you picked and tells you how the money works: your next bill is prorated for the remainder of the current period, so you are not charged twice for days you have already paid for.

Click Switch plan to go ahead, or Cancel to back out. Once it goes through, the change takes effect immediately and you are returned to Billing.

If you have never paid for a plan before, confirming sends you to a secure checkout first so you can add a card. Once that completes you come back into TribeNest with the new plan live.

Cancelling

1. On the Subscription tab, click Cancel subscription.
2. Read the dialog. It tells you the exact date your access runs to and confirms you will not be charged again.
3. Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep subscription to back out.

Cancelling does not cut you off. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Once cancelled, the card changes to make that obvious: the badge reads cancelled, a highlighted banner across the card repeats the end date, and the date field is relabelled Access until.

Resuming

Changed your mind? While a cancelled subscription is still inside its paid period, the card offers Resume subscription. Click it and billing carries on as before, with no gap and nothing to re-set-up.

You can also click Change plan from the cancelled state if what you actually wanted was a different plan rather than none at all.

Invoices and payment methods

At the bottom of the card, View invoices & payment methods opens your secure billing portal in a new tab. That is where you:

• Update the card you pay with.
• Download past invoices and receipts.
• Change the billing name and address that appear on those receipts.

This link only appears once you are on a paid plan, since a trial has nothing to invoice.

When you go past what your plan includes

Plan limits are checked at the moment you act. If an action would take you beyond what your plan covers, it stops and tells you so rather than quietly costing you money. From there you either upgrade from Billing, or, where the feature runs on a credit balance, top that balance up instead.

• Email beyond your monthly allowance runs on email credits.
• SMS and WhatsApp run on message credits.
• Mira and the other AI features run on AI credits.
