Posts
Drop exclusive images, videos, and audio for your members — gated by tier, organised into collections, and easy to find later.
Posts are how you keep your tribe fed. They're the demos, the dressing-room photos, the rough cuts, the "thanks for being here" videos. You decide what type each post is, who can see it, and which collection it belongs to.
How to create a post
- Go to Memberships then Posts in your dashboard.
- Click Create new.
- Pick a post type, write your caption, choose who can access it, and upload your media.
- Click Create post.
Post details
Post type
Choose one of:
- Image — JPG or PNG.
- Video — MP4, MOV, or WebM.
- Audio — MP3 or WAV.
The type determines what kind of file you can upload and how the post is displayed to members. Pick the type first — when you change it, the file picker resets.
Caption
Write a caption that gives the post some context. This is the first thing members read when the post shows up in their feed, so make it count. Captions need to be at least 5 characters and can run up to 1,000.
Membership access
This is the gate. Pick one or more tiers from the Membership access multi-select — the post will only be visible to members on those tiers.
- Want everyone to see it? Select all your tiers (including the free one).
- Want only your top supporters to see it? Pick just your highest tier.
- Leave it empty and the post is essentially private to you — no member sees it.
You can change which tiers a post is gated to at any time by editing the post.
Media upload
Drop in your file. The accepted file types match the post type you chose. You'll see a preview right in the form — image thumbnail, video player, or an audio player — so you can confirm it's the right file before you publish.
One file per post
Each post holds one piece of media. If you want to share a series — five photos from a shoot, three demos from a session — group them into a collection instead.
Browsing and searching posts
The Posts page lists everything you've published, newest first. A few tools help you find what you need:
- Search — type into the search bar to filter by caption.
- Filter — open the Filter dialog to narrow by post type, membership tier, or status (active vs. archived).
- Active filters — selected filters appear as pills under the search bar, with a Clear all button if you want to reset.
The list is paginated, so as your library grows you can page through past posts without scrolling forever.
Editing a post
- On any post, click the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right.
- Click Edit post.
- Update the caption or change which membership tiers can access it.
- Click Update post.
You can't change the media or the post type after creation — if you need a different file, archive the old post and create a new one.
Adding a post to a collection
Collections let you group related posts into a series. To add an existing post to one:
- On the post, click the menu icon and choose Add to collection.
- Tick the collections you want to add this post to.
- Click Add to collection.
The collections this post belongs to show up at the bottom of the post card as clickable links — handy for jumping straight into the collection editor.
Archiving a post
If a post has run its course (a flash sale that's over, a demo that's now released), archive it.
- Click the menu icon on the post.
- Click Archive post.
- Confirm.
Archived posts disappear from your members' feeds but stay in your dashboard so you can bring them back later — flip the Status filter to Archived posts to see them, then use the menu and Unarchive post.
What members see
Members only see posts gated to a tier they're on. The post shows up in their member feed with the same caption, media, and styling you used. They can like, comment, and share — and posts that belong to a collection get a clickable collection link, so they can dive into the rest of the series.
Where to go next
- Group posts into a series with collections.
- Set up tiers before you start posting so you have something to gate against.
- Open a chat channel so members can react and discuss.
