Smart link templates

Templates are pre-designed smart link pages built for specific use cases — a link-in-bio, a tour announcement, a release page, a tip jar, and many more. Each one comes with a layout, color palette, and example content that you can swap out and make your own.

Templates are the fastest way to get a polished page live. You pick one, preview it on desktop and mobile, then turn it into a real smart link with your own title and web address.

Browsing the template gallery

1. In your dashboard, open Smart Links then Templates.
2. Scroll through the gallery — each template shows its name and a thumbnail preview.
3. Click View Template on any one to open the full preview.

The gallery covers a wide range of use cases. The current lineup includes templates for link-in-bio pages, music releases, pre-saves, tour dates, video premieres, album showcases, event pages, livestreams, giveaways, newsletter sign-ups, fan clubs, podcasts, portfolios, press kits, course launches, coaching offers, merch stores, limited offers, tip jars, and more.

Previewing a template

When you open a template, you land in a full-screen preview that shows exactly how the page would look once published.

Across the top of the preview you will find:

• A Back button to return to the gallery.
• Desktop and Mobile toggles to flip between screen sizes — most fans will see your smart link on a phone, so always check the mobile view.
• A Create Smart Link button that turns this template into a real smart link.

You can preview as many templates as you like — nothing is created or saved until you click Create Smart Link.

Turning a template into your smart link

Once you find a template you want to use, here is how to put it to work.

1. From the template preview, click Create Smart Link in the top right.
2. The create dialog opens. Fill in:
   • Title — The name of your page.
   • Description — An optional short blurb (up to 150 characters) that fans see in social previews.
   • Web address slug — The short, lowercase ending of your link's web address.
3. Click Create.

You will land back on your Links library with the new smart link at the top, already wired up with the template's design and content. From there, click Edit to open the editor and start customizing — see Editing your link page for the full walkthrough.

What carries over from a template

When you create a smart link from a template, you start with:

• The template's full page layout and content blocks.
• The template's theme styles — colors, corner radius, fonts, and logo placement.
• Any example content the template ships with (placeholder text, example links, sample artwork).

Everything is editable from the moment your smart link is created. The template is just a starting point.

Picking the right template

A few prompts to help you choose:

• Posting it in a social bio? A link-in-bio template gives you a simple stack of buttons — perfect for one link that points fans to everything you do.
• Promoting one release? A music release, pre-save, or video premiere template puts the spotlight on one piece of work.
• Selling something? A merch store, digital product, or limited offer template focuses the page around a single call to action.
• Touring? A tour dates or event page template lays out your shows cleanly.
• Building a community? A fan club, newsletter, or giveaway template helps you collect sign-ups.
• Showing off your work? A portfolio, press kit, or podcast hub template is built for showcasing.
